AHU starts applying PT annual report filing
PT companies need to prepare their annual GMS, annual report documents, and notary coordination for electronic submission through SABH. Do not wait until company administration access is disrupted.

Based on AHU materials related to Ministry of Law Regulation No. 49 of 2025, annual report approval by the GMS is submitted to the Minister by the directors through a notary, no later than 30 days after the notarial deed is signed.
For PT companies with a 31 December fiscal year-end, the annual GMS generally needs to be held by 30 June 2026. Administrative filing still needs to be confirmed, because holding the GMS alone does not automatically complete submission to the AHU system.
Quick steps for PT directors
- Confirm the annual GMS schedule and annual report approval timeline.
- Prepare the annual report, financial statements, Board of Directors/Commissioners composition, and business issue notes.
- Check whether the financial statements must be audited by a public accountant.
- Coordinate the notarial deed of GMS approval with a notary for submission through SABH.
