Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Arunika Consulting. These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between us (the consultant) and you (the client), as well as the use of our website. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

• "We" refers to Arunika Consulting, a tax and accounting consulting firm domiciled in Sidoarjo, East Java.
• "Service" includes tax consulting, financial statement preparation, internal audit, and financial technology system implementation.
• "Client" or "You" refers to the individual or business entity using our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional services based on accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations applicable in Indonesia. We act as companions and advisors. Final decisions regarding business policies remain with the Client.

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to provide accurate and legal services, the Client is obliged to:

• Provide data and information that is true, complete, and not misleading.
• Submit supporting documents (invoices, withholding slips, bank statements) in a timely manner according to the tax reporting schedule.
• Not use our services for money laundering, tax evasion, or other illegal activities.

4. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are agreed upon in advance through a Cooperation Offer Letter (SPK) or separate contract.
• Payments are made according to agreed terms. Late payments may result in delays in submitting reports to relevant agencies.
• Service fees do not include tax costs that the Client must pay to the State Treasury.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website, including logos, articles, tax guides, and interface designs, are the property of Arunika Consulting and are protected by copyright laws. Use of materials for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved primarily through amicable deliberation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the jurisdiction of courts in the East Java region.
