Why get support early

Your first answer becomes evidence

What you submit in an SP2DK or audit response follows the case into the objection and appeal. A consistent file from day one carries more weight later.

Deadlines are short and strict

Fourteen days for some letters, three months for objections and appeals. Missing one can close a route for good.

Escalating has a price

A rejected objection carries a 30% penalty and a rejected appeal 60%. We weigh each adjustment before recommending you take it further.

Questions about tax disputes

Can you represent me at the Tax Court?

Yes. Appeals and lawsuits are handled by a representative who holds a Tax Court representation licence, under a special power of attorney from you.

When should I contact you?

As soon as you receive a letter, ideally before you reply. Early answers shape the rest of the case, and some deadlines are only 14 days.

Can every dispute be won?

No, and nobody can promise an outcome. We assess the evidence for each adjustment and tell you plainly when accepting it costs less than fighting it.

How are fees set?

The scope and fee are agreed after we read your letter and initial documents, because they depend on the stage, the number of disputed items and the amounts involved.

Send us a photo of the letter

Tell us the letter type, the date you received it and the tax year. We will explain the deadline and your options before any engagement is agreed.
