Frequently Asked Questions
My account is frozen. What first?
Confirm the assessment and amount are correct, then contact us. The freeze can be lifted once the debt and collection costs are paid or a decision cancels it.
Can tax debt be paid in instalments?
Yes. You can apply to the tax office for instalments or deferral with reasons and, if asked, collateral.
Does an objection stop collection?
Filing an objection defers payment of the disputed amount until the decision, but agreed amounts must still be paid.
